1. How does the 3d Extended Club Network work?

The 3dleisure gym network, in association with Incorpore, gives you access to a network of over 3,000 participating health clubs, gyms and leisure centres, all of which will offer you their corporate discounted rate. Each club is contracted to ensure you receive the Incorpore corporate discount for the type of membership you select.

You will receive a one day guest pass, showround or trial to view and experience each club prior to joining.


2. I have already joined a club, can I still benefit from discounted rates?

Yes, depending on the terms and conditions of your existing membership. Just download the Health Club Voucher for the relevant gym/health club.


3. Can my family benefit from these corporate rates?

Yes the scheme is for family members too. Seperate Health Club Vouchers should be downloaded for each family member for the relevant club.


4. How do I locate my nearest club?

To locate your nearest participating club please use the health club finder in the member menu.
Some of the participating gyms have links to their own websites giving more information about their facilities. In some cases their prices are not listed and you will need to contact the gym directly to find out their corporate rates. Make sure to quote reference INCORPORE (in.cor.po.re)
What do I do if my preferred club is not listed?
You can contact the Incorpore network team by one of the following methods:
Through the “refer a club” link in the member menu, simply enter your details and the club details. The Incorpore network team will endeavour to enrol the club into the scheme


5. Are there any clubs that will not participate ?

Unfortunately there are a small number of local clubs, budget gyms and hotel clubs that do not quailify or wish to participate.


6. What do I do once I have chosen the club I want to join?

Contact the club and speak with the membership team to book a tour of the club and to ensure a member of the membership team is available to answer any questions you have when you visit. Please quote INCORPORE (in.cor.po.re) when you speak with the gym/health club staff.
On arrival at the club please present your Health Club Pass to the membership team to ensure you obtain the relevant corporate rates.


7. How do I pay for my club membership?

You will be responsible for making any payments for membership directly to the gym – 3d Extended Club Network and Incorpore are not involved in setting up or negotiating the basis upon which payments are to be made to gyms/health clubs. Many gyms offer a monthly direct debit arrangement and you might want to investigate this further with your chosen gym. Please take care to understand the terms of the membership agreement you enter into with any participating health club before signing as this may involve entering into a contract.


8. What should I do if I experience any problems with my membership or obtaining the lowest corporate rate?

You should report any issues to Incorpore by one of the following methods:
